Attending your first ride

New participants can join any Saturday introductory ride at 09:50 without prior booking. Simply arrive at our Vantaa base and introduce yourself to the coordinator on site.

Membership enquiries

For membership applications and tier-specific questions, use the contact form above and note your preferred tier. A coordinator will respond with next steps within 2 working days.

Workshop and program bookings

Workshop dates are announced quarterly. To register interest or confirm availability, send a message via the form with your preferred program. Current members receive advance notice of upcoming sessions.

Technical or administrative questions

For billing, account or scheduling matters, please describe the situation clearly in your message. Our administrative team handles these separately from ride coordination and will follow up directly.

Contact and response questions

How quickly will I receive a response?

Our standard response time is 2 working days. During high-demand periods such as the spring season start or after a seasonal challenge launch, this may extend to 3 working days. Urgent matters can be directed to our phone line.

Can I visit the base location without an appointment?

The base is staffed on Saturdays from 09:00–12:00 during the active cycling season (April–October). Outside these hours and times, we recommend contacting us in advance to ensure a coordinator is available.

What languages are supported?

Our coordinators communicate in Finnish, English and Swedish. Messages in any of these languages will be handled without delay. Other languages may require additional time for accurate response.
